Galas & Corporate

The room, before the first word is spoken.

Galas, award dinners and company evenings, lit with the same warmth as our weddings and run to the minute.

01

Galas & Charity Balls

A ballroom that feels like an occasion the moment guests walk in. Warm architecture, candle-bright tables, and a stage that holds the room when the paddles go up.

02

Award & Leadership Dinners

Clean, warm key light on the podium, a clear path for every walk-up, and tables kept glowing between speeches — lit to look as good on camera as it does from the back of the room.

03

Holiday Parties

The one night a year the whole company gathers. Warm wash over the architecture and soft light on every table turn a function room into somewhere three hundred colleagues decide to stay late.

04

Kickoffs & Brand Evenings

Sales kickoffs, launches and client receptions with a quieter kind of confidence. Your mark can be projected in warm white, but never washed in corporate blue.

The Stage

Speeches, awards, and the moment the room goes quiet.

A gala has a run of show, and the light should know it. We bring the room down for the keynote, lift the stage for each award, and return the tables to candlelight as the band begins. Every change is timed to your producer's sheet.

Faces are lit warm and even, so they read naturally to the guests at the back and to the cameras at the front. There are no colour casts to correct afterwards, and no fixtures fighting the house lights.

For Planners & Producers

On a corporate evening, reliability is the luxury.

Dark before doors

Loaded in within the venue’s window, focused and tested before the first guest arrives. You will never wait on lighting.

One point of contact

The person who draws the plan is the person at the board on the night. No hand-offs, no surprises.

Alongside your AV

We light the room; your production team runs sound and screens. Plans and cue sheets are shared well ahead of load-in.

Out of the sightlines

A crew dressed in black, cabling kept dark, nothing between your sponsors and the stage or your photographers and the room.

The Winter Calendar

As the wedding season quiets, the gala season begins.

From December's holiday parties through January's kickoffs and the spring benefits, we keep a short winter calendar for galas and corporate evenings. It is the same crew, the same inventory and the same attention we give the Carolinas' estate weddings.

Those dates go early. If your evening falls between November and March, it is worth asking now.

Investment

Every gala is drawn to its venue and its run of show, and quoted the same way. Proposals and invoices can be issued to your organisation or to your planner, whichever suits. Certificates of insurance are provided on request, naming your venue as required.

Pricing is shared privately, on enquiry.
